Announcing... Hospice of Peel Leadership Award |

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce an award that acknowledges the significant contributions made to Hospice of Peel. This Award will be presented for the first time in recognition of the 20th Anniversary of Hospice of Peel. The Hospice of Peel Leadership Award will be presented annually at the AGM to a volunteer, staff member, group, donor or corporation who has demonstrated the same attributes or actions exemplified by the founders.
- Compassionate, Visionary, Passionate, Inspirational
- Leader, Role model /mentor to others in the field
- Promotion of hospice palliative care in the community of Peel
- Contributions to the sustainability of Hospice of Peel
The recipient(s) of this award will be an individual or individuals who have demonstrated a spirit that inspires others and whose efforts have advanced the cause of hospice palliative care in this community that has helped to enable or enhance the work of Hospice of Peel.
Calling for nominations...
Nominations should be submitted by any Hospice of Peel stakeholder to the Award Selection committee including the following information:
- Name of Nominee
- A brief sketch of the individual/group being nominated describing how the criteria were met and why they are deserving of this Award.
- Name and phone number of nominator

All submissions will be carefully reviewed by and selection made by the Selection Committee appointed by the Hospice of Peel. Award winner will be announced at the Hospice of Peel Annual General meeting (June 20, 2005).
